  • 1 glass 8–12 oz warm filtered water
  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan pink salt finely ground, food-grade
  • ½ teaspoon fresh lemon juice about ¼ of a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey optional, for sweetness

Method
 

  1. Pour warm filtered water into a glass.
  2. Add ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and stir until dissolved.
  3. Squeeze in ½ teaspoon of fresh lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of raw honey (optional).
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach for best results.
