Ingredients
Method
- 1 – In a small bowl combine soy sauce, cornstarch, brown sugar, and chili flakes. Mix until cornstarch is dissolved, set aside.
- 2 - Drizzle a large skillet with sesame oil, stir in garlic and ginger and wait until fragrant. Add ground turkey and mix in order to break it into small chunks. Fry until ground turkey loses its raw red color.
- 3 – Stir in soy sauce mixture and keep over high heat for 2 more minutes, until the sauce turns golden brown and fragrant (add 1 tbsp water if the sauce is too thick). Add chives (keep some for garnishing) and turn off the heat.
- 4 – Sprinkle with sesame seeds and garnish with chopped chives. Serve with rice and vegetables.
Notes
