Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants are easy, delicious, and ready in less than 20 minutes! Buttery croissants filled with ham and cheese and topped with a honey mustard glaze.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 12 deli ham slices
  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut croissants in half and place bottom half on baking sheet.
  3. Place 1 slice of cheese on each croissant bottom. Top each with 2 slices of ham and then remaining cheese.
  4. Add the tops of the croissasnts.
  5. Stir together melted butter, honey, dijon mustard, and poppy seeds.
  6. Use a pastry brush to brush the sauce on the croissants.
  7. Bake in preheated oven for 6 - 8 minutes, until cheese is melted and croissants are slightly more browned than before.
